Meet Patricia

Hi, I’m Patricia Swift — a Realtor® on the Northern California Coast, helping people find more than a house — the place they’ll build their life in.

I believe real estate should feel personal because it is. A home is where everyday life happens, and buying or selling one often comes with a lot more than paperwork. My job is to make the process clear, handle the details, advocate for you when it matters, and make sure you always know what comes next.

I’m also a Director for the Del Norte Association of Realtors® and a certified First-Time Home Buyer Specialist. I’ve been honored with the 2024 Silver Club Producing Award and 2024 Rising Star Award, but the part of this career I value most is the trust my clients place in me — and the relationships that continue long after closing.

When I’m not working, I’m usually with my family, enjoying the life we’ve built here between the redwoods and the coast.

I’ll help you navigate the local market, evaluate properties beyond what you see in the listing photos, understand inspections and disclosures, build a strong offer, and negotiate with your best interests at the center of it all.

I especially love working with first-time buyers. You don’t need to know how any of this works before you call me — that’s my job. I want you to ask the questions, understand the process, and feel confident about the home you ultimately choose.

For My Sellers

Selling a home starts well before the listing goes live.

I take a hands-on approach to preparing and positioning each property for the market. We’ll walk through your home together and decide what’s worth doing before we list, what isn’t, and how to present it at its best. From staging and professional photography to pricing and marketing, every decision is made with your specific property and goals in mind.

My sellers also receive a printed seller guide that walks through the process, what to expect, and the details I’ll handle along the way. I want you to have something tangible to reference instead of feeling like you’re supposed to remember everything we talked about at the kitchen table.

Once we’re on the market, I stay involved. I pay attention to activity and feedback, communicate honestly about what the market is telling us, and adjust our strategy when needed. When an offer comes in, I’ll help you look beyond the purchase price and understand the terms, risks, and details that matter.
